All On-Campus operations at the University of the West Indies have been partially suspended for the remainder of the week ( October 6th and 7th ). Classes will continue virtually.

ST. AUGUSTINE, Trinidad and Tobago. Wednesday 5th October 2022 â€“The University of the West Indies (The UWI) St. Augustine Campus advises that, given the forecast for continuing adverse weather for the next two days, Campus Management has taken the decision to allow online delivery of ALL classes and tutorials via Zoom for the remainder of this week October 6th and 7th.  

Deans and Heads of Departments have been asked to make arrangements for staff to work remotely as there will be limited access to the campus except for essential and support services including all Maintenance Technicians for faculties and departments, Engineering Services, Campus Security Services, Health Services Unit (HSU), Occupational Health Safety and Environment Unit (OHSE) and the Division of Facilities Management (DFM).
