The Caribbean Deaf Education Conference hosted by the University of the West Indies in collaboration with the United Nations Caribbean will bring together educators, researchers, policymakers, interpreters and advocates from across the region to explore practical solutions for creating more inclusive classrooms and protecting the rights of Deaf and Hard of Hearing people. The three day event which culminates in a Deaf Expo/Fair, will feature presentations from leading experts, workshops on Deaf Education research and practice, as well as presentations by researchers, practitioners, and advocates.
