The Double River Waterfall is located in the village of Brasso Seco and can be accessed via a one hour hike from the village center. According to historian and hiker Ricardo Rambally, the waterfall was once known as Mary Waterfall; named for the owner of the estate that it ran through. It is now named for the two rivers that converge near the trailhead.
