SUMMARY:Hike to Three Pools Waterfall
DESCRIPTION:Join us on Sunday 14th September 2025 as we journey to 3 Pools. This exciting cascade is located in Blanchisseuse and is an ideal for both adults and kids! \nThe trail to the Three Pools  begins at the Spring Bridge Road where the beautiful Marianne River flows lazily to the Caribbean Sea. The trail is very easy\, with one short incline at the start which takes us to the foot path overlooking the golden River. \nThrough the tropical rainforest\, we would be passing through an old cocoa plantation filled with breadfruit and pomerac trees.\nWe then swim through the 1st pool and 2nd in order to relax or take the plunge at the 3rd. Lifejackets are available for all participants. Non swimmers too are encouraged to join us!  \nThe trail would take approximately 15 – 20 minutes hike\, with a rating of 3/10 (easy). DESCRIPTION:Field trips are undertaken by the Club for the edification and enjoyment of its members. The guidebook for these trips is the Trinidad and Tobago Field Naturalists’ Club Trail Guide Second Edition (2006). Only registered members may participate in field trips. All participants are expected to adhere to the Country Code set out in Chapter 2 of the Trail Guide and to be familiar with the safety recommendations listed therein. General Club Trips are held on the last Sunday of the month.
