Double River Falls Hike & Brasso Seco Food Festival

Every year the Brasso Seco Paria Tourism Action Committee hosts a Food Festival that draws crowds from all across Trinidad and beyond. The day features freshly made cocoa and coffee beverages, dirt oven bread, smoked chicken and much more.
It’s the perfect day to take a hike to one of the nearby attractions like the Madamas Waterfall or the Double River Waterfall since there’s the opportunity to enjoy some cacao nib cookies before the hike followed by a hearty meal right after the adventure.
